That was fine with me, too. So far, we were in perfect agreement about everything. This relationship was off to a wonderful start.

Every shoe tells a story — I've seen some real shoes that are made to look like a real foot, but this one can be way creepier because it's just a drawing. That slit at the front makes it even more creepy — aren't you glad I didn't paint the inside with a lot of veins and blood and stuff? Maybe next time...
This is one of the few pieces not created for a specific show. I was working with the idea of Summer.
